Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03 June 2025

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us promptly at sales@bacircledistributors.com.

2. Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns only if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not as described. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@bacircledistributors.com. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if the issue is due to our error, a prepaid return label.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made items are exempt from refunds unless faulty or damaged.
